CEO Rx

The problem: Being the CEO is one of the most challenging and sometimes loneliest jobs there is. It's hard to find independent counsel, support, and coaching that you can rely on. Whether you're a CEO focused on becoming a more effective leader, or a board member, founder, or owner intent on helping your CEO take the business to the next level, New Fashioned has the experience to help.

The question: How can we support the CEO in meeting the many and varied requirements of this most essential position, especially in cases where the chief executive is:

  • new to the role or industry,

  • struggling with members of the board, leadership team, or their direct reports,

  • skilled, but missing EQ or other soft skills essential to the position,

  • grappling personally or professionally with managing the requirements of the job,

  • about to go through a transaction or liquidity event, and/or,

  • trying to create a powerful culture and human capital strategy.

The answer: Coaching and advisory services from a certified expert skilled in cutting-edge leadership assessment and development techniques that have been empirically proven to drive

positive business outcomes. Your New Fashioned Coach will also draw on his or her experience as a successful growth company executive, management consultant, and board member to provide you with additional perspective and guidance.

How?

  • Your New Fashioned Coach will conduct a confidential needs assessment, including anonymous 360° feedback using the Leadership Circle Profile, plus interviews with your board and other key stakeholders to determine the overarching coaching agenda.

  • Your New Fashioned Coach will debrief you on the assessment results.

  • Your New Fashioned Coach will meet with you twice monthly and be on call for a minimum of six months to coach, advise, and support you, with focus on your development goals and matters related to organizational culture, human capital strategy, and people infrastructure.
